Morgan Philips Executive Search partners with a leading industrial company to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst who will translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with finance leadership, drive budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis across units, products, and regions, and act as a finance business partner to key stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, Audit, or similar analytical finance roles.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• Previous Big Four experience will be highly valued.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence finance and non-finance audiences.
• Structured, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across business units.
• Own monthly financial closing reviews and deliver insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic decisions.
• Drive profitability and performance analysis by business unit, product, and region, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Build and enhance complex financial models for business cases, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Act as a finance business partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, and functional leaders.
• Promote financial governance and ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.
