Nextpower is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a primary legal partner for European matters, including Germany, coordinating with the global Legal team. The role focuses on complex commercial contracting, corporate governance, and integrating acquired businesses across Europe.

The candidate will require fluency in German, English and Spanish, with substantial post‑qualification experience and a track record in cross‑border deals within international teams.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with +8 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of German corporate and commercial law and regulatory environment.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and advising senior business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, reviewing and negotiating European B2B agreements including cross-border contracts.
• Advise on risk allocation, warranties, indemnities and termination terms.
• Support M&A integration and governance for European entities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on disputes, employment, IP and compliance.
