• Minimum of 10 years of experience providing support for ETRMs.
• Extensive knowledge of the Natural Gas trading industry.
• In-depth understanding of natural gas deal entry and management.

Responsabilidades

• Support business continuity operations in a timely manner.
• Work with users to troubleshoot and train on Horizon.
• Build relationships with business users for process understanding.

Conocimientos

Extensive working knowledge of the Horizon platform

Solid experience with Front to Back energy trading process design

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and interpretation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Educación

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Accounting, Finance or Business
