A leading digital transformation agency in Madrid is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join their Barcelona office. This role involves operating and developing Nimbus, a cloud development platform, to empower software development teams. Candidates should have over 5 years in platform engineering, strong skills in Golang, Azure, Kubernetes, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies. The position offers a hybrid work model with a minimum of two days in the office.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role.
• SaaS Backend development, preferably in Go.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, particularly AKS.
• Proficient in container orchestration and Kubernetes administration.
• Expertise in developing custom Kubernetes operators using Kubebuilder.
• Good understanding of main network concepts (TCP/IP layers, DNS, Routing).
• Experience with secret management solutions (External Secrets, Azure Key Vault, CSI drivers).
• Hands-on experience with CNI plugins and network configurations.
• Strong programming skills in Golang for backend services.
• Advanced knowledge of scaled-up GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Understanding of container security and network policies.
• English Business fluent.

LGT Digital Factory (Spain) S.L. is searching for a Plarform Engineer for our Barcelona Office.

In the course of the implementation of LGT‘s digital vision, LGT Digital Factory (DiF) acts as a strategic nearshore partner to implement state-of-the-art digital products for clients and employees. Together with a young, highly motivated team you will help build and run the promising platform for Software developers.

We seek a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team and take charge of operating and developing Nimbus, the cutting-edge cloud development platform for software products. As the backbone of our development infrastructure, Nimbus provides a seamless environment for our teams to design, build, test, and deploy applications efficiently. We work exclusively for LGT Private Bank group and provide our colleagues in IT and business with a highly functional and reliable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Platform Engineering, Cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices. Experience with containerization, orchestration tools, and scripting languages is essential. A deep understanding of software development lifecycle and the ability to work collaboratively with product development

5+ years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role
