Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner (EMEA). Reporting to the VP of Employee & Labor Relations in New York, you will be the on-the-ground partner for our employee and labor strategy across the region, ensuring growth is underpinned by compliant, fair, and productive relations.

You will lead high-stakes investigations and hearings, coach regional leaders, manage works councils and unions, and guide bargaining across Spain, Germany, the UK, and France, acting as a

• 7+ years of HR experience in employee and labor relations, performance management and compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Spain employment/labor laws (EU and other European countries a plus).
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage high-stakes employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations and hearings.
• Provide guidance to the EMEA People Team and regional leadership on conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
• Develop and deliver training programs on performance management and dispute resolution.
• Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and address macro needs.
• Lead negotiations with employee representatives over collective bargaining agreements and policy rollouts.
• Advise on terms and application of sectoral collective bargaining agreements in EMEA locations.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to minimize conflict and enable business agility.
• Collaborate with the GM, EMEA and Barcelona People Teams and keep a feedback loop with NY.
