mediasmart, a leading unit within Affle Group, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale a high-performance programmatic advertising platform. You will evolve an elastic, global infrastructure handling massive traffic with millisecond precision.

Collaborate with local Engineering teams and the Global DevOps unit to maintain stability, optimize deployment velocity, and drive improvement across the platform.

Formación

• Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Scripting experience with Bash for automation.
• Experience managing high-volume, highly available services.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and monitoring systems.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or Nomad).
• On-call rotation participation for production support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Automate configuration and deployment tasks for the platform.
• Contribute to platform strategy through technical decision-making.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
• Apply DevOps practices with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure scalability and fault tolerance in upcoming projects.
• Maintain high availability during traffic spikes and incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure 24x7 observability.
• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and processes.
