T-Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD and IaC across our AI Cloud platform. You will design, implement, and optimize pipelines, integrate multiple platforms, and mentor team members in a dynamic, international setting.

The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural oversight, leveraging GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes. A hybrid work model and ongoing training opportunities are offered to support growth and collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in design and delivery of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS systems.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes container-based technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash).
• Experience with automation tools and deployments (Ansible/Salt-stack/Terraform/Helm).
• Experience with CI/CD in a Kubernetes environment and repository management.
• Automation with Git (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong experience with Linux OS.
• Experience with monitoring/visualization tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• English at B2 level; German is an advantage.

Job Description

NVIDIA and Deutsche Telekom are jointly developing the world’s first industrial AI cloud for European manufacturers. This AI factory in Germany will host 10,000 GPUs across NVIDIA DGX B200 systems and RTX Pro Servers. Deutsche Telekom provides secure, sovereign and fast infrastructure, including data centers, operations, security, and AI solutions.

Role Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer provides consultation of functional organization to implement DevOps principles in term of culture and technologies. Holder of the position prepares prototypes and concepts for further automation of assigned technology, driving continuous improvement. Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for entire lifecycle of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code approaches.

What will do you?

• Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications in order to deliver quality standard product portfolio on AI Cloud platform.
• Develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization, and standardization to satisfy efficiency and automation requirements.
• Consult and provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspects of products.
• Consult and provide project deliverables to fulfil the project scope.
• Owns responsibility for maintenance & support of enhancement of the Product pipelines with further levels of value chain, connecting pipeline to different platforms and infrastructures, integration of different platforms and infrastructures into the pipeline, root-cause analysis of pipeline runtime errors
• Develop, and implement architecture of services based on AI Cloud platform requirements.
• Mentor and train co-workers to spread knowledge level and develop their skills.
• Act as key technical lead and solve and coordinate activities across related technologies/outside own team.
• Setup and manage integration with partner applications.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in the design and delivery of systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Have experience with GPU based infrastructure.
• Have knowledge of Kubernetes container-based technologies.
• Have experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash).
• Have experience with Automation tools and automation deployments (Ansible/Salt-stack/Terraform/Helm).
• Have experience with CI/CD in a Kubernetes environment and repository management.
• Are experienced in automation with Git (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Have strong experience with Linux OS.
• Have experience with monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Prometheus, …)
• Speak English at B2 level, German is an advantage.
