Qustodio, part of the Qoria family, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and secure our production infrastructure. You will contribute to faster, safer deployment cycles and work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable platforms across AWS and Kubernetes.

Requirements include 5+ years’ experience in high-availability environments, strong Linux, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps (ArgoCD), and Python/Bash scripting, with English and Spanish communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years operating business-critical systems in high-availability production environments.
• Strong Linux knowledge and networking fundamentals.
• Solid production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) with Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD) and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong AWS expertise across core services (compute, networking, storage, IAM).
• Proven experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Puppet, Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Experience operating production messaging/queueing and caching systems (RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis).
• Experience with CI/CD and observability, including incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Ownership mindset with proactive documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
