Job summary

N-iX is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a customer project centered on data and AI BI platforms. You will design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, build CI/CD pipelines, and manage Kubernetes ecosystems with ArgoCD and Terraform.

You'll work across multi-cloud environments, ensure security, observability with Grafana/Prometheus, and collaborate with development, QA, and product teams. Remote-friendly with flexible format.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
• BA/BS in a technical or engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• Strong networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, CIDR planning, routing, firewalls, DNS) and hands-on with site-to-site VPNs (IPsec or WireGuard) across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH).
• Strong Linux administration skills, including self-managed hosts and hypervisors (Proxmox, KVM, or similar).
• Deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed), with Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform proficiency.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• Programming ability in Python or Go to build small internal services, with Bash scripting.
• Working knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus-style monitoring, PostgreSQL databases, SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), and security best practices.
• Based in or able to work East Coast hours.

• Apply security best practices across infrastructure, support compliance efforts, and automate operational tasks to reduce manual toil.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

• You hold a BA/BS in a technical or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
