Decskill, empresa de consultoría IT, busca un Senior DevOps para un proyecto con modelo de trabajo remoto. El candidato ideal diseñará, implementará y mantendrá infra Azure y entornos de hosting de aplicaciones, creando soluciones IaC y pipelines CI/CD para despliegues fiables.

Se requerirá experiencia en IaC (Bicep/Terraform/ARM), seguridad en la nube y gestión de identidades, con capacidad de colaborar con equipos y producir documentación técnica.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en DevOps/Cloud
• Experiencia con infraestructura como código (IaC)
• Conocimientos de CI/CD y seguridad en la nube

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, implementar y mantener infra Azure e hosting de aplicaciones.
• Desarrollar y gestionar soluciones IaC para aprovisionamiento y configuración.
• Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para despliegues de aplicaciones e infraestructuras.
• Implementar buenas prácticas de seguridad y gestión de identidades.
• Apoyar despliegues de aplicaciones con contenedores y operaciones de plataforma.
• Monitorear, solucionar problemas y optimizar rendimiento y disponibilidad.
• Establecer estándares de infraestructura, gobernanza y prácticas de despliegue.
• Brindar soporte a equipos de desarrollo con arquitectura y automatización.
• Producir y mantener documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos.

We would like to meet a Senior Devops for a project with a remote working model:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, access controls, and secrets management.
• Support containerized application deployments and platform operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and availability.
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Support development teams with cloud architecture, deployment automation, and operational guidance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineering, or similar roles.

Required Technical Skills

Azure Cloud Infrastructure

• Strong hands-on experience designing and administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with resource management, networking, security, identity, monitoring, and application hosting services.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and operational best practices.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Strong experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent IaC technologies.
• Experience creating reusable and maintainable infrastructure deployment patterns.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD

• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Experience designing and managing automated build, release, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of source control, branching strategies, release management, and deployment automation.

Containers & Platform Operations

• Experience with Docker and container-based application deployments.
• Experience with Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms.

Security & Identity

• Experience implementing RBAC, Managed Identities, Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth/OIDC, and secrets management solutions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure cloud deployments.
