Formación

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Driving licence required.

• Identify and solve various IT issues within established time and quality guidelines.
• Configure and prepare video conference rooms.
• Install Microsoft Operating Systems and image devices.
• Provide user support.
• Control stock and inventory.
