A leading TravelTech firm in Spain is seeking a CI/CD Platform Engineer to enhance their delivery automation platform. In this role, you'll design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement automation with Infrastructure as Code, and support development teams. Ideal candidates have strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD tools such as CloudBees CI and SonarQube. Job Summary

We’re looking for a CI/CD Platform Engineer to help us build and evolve a cutting‑edge delivery automation platform. Your mission: empower teams with autonomy to manage the full software lifecycle in a self‑sustainable way. You’ll work with enterprise tools like CloudBees CI, Artifactory, SonarQube, ArgoCD, all deployed on AWS and managed with Helm. If you’re passionate about automation, cloud, and DevOps culture, this is your chance to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality, release frequency, and platform reliability.
  • Implement automation across software delivery and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Collaborate with the team in decision‑making and evangelize DevOps best practices.
  • Support development teams on their path to production and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Research and introduce new technologies to enhance agility and performance.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to standardize and document solutions.
Required Skillset & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and coding best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS or other cloud providers, Linux administration, and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (CloudBees/Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory) and GitOps methodology.
  • Experience with Terraform, Helm, and automation tools like Ansible.
  • Ability to design and manage high‑availability platforms and troubleshoot under limited information.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, strategic mindset, and ability to coach and collaborate.
  • Familiarity with DevOps culture and SDLC best practices.
  • Advanced English is a must.
