Job summary

Talan – Positive Innovation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the CDAIO governance workflow across Markets projects. You will coordinate governance, perform data quality checks, and support incident management to deliver robust data governance and traceability across markets.

You will act as SME for data within the Markets area, coordinating with business, risk, and technology teams and ensuring alignment with corporate data strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in markets as a business analyst, project manager, or program manager in complex environments.
• Experience in data and artificial intelligence projects, or in data governance/management within the banking sector.
• Advanced level of English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the CDAIO workflow within Markets initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
• Design, review, and ensure effectiveness of data quality controls per the CDAIO criteria.
• Liaise between business, technology, risk, and control functions to align with the data governance framework defined by CDAIO.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proposing innovative solutions to ensure continuity and scalability of the data quality model.
