A fast-growing mobile gaming company in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Data Core Team. You will be responsible for optimizing the data infrastructure and owning end-to-end data solutions in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, 4+ years of experience with Big Data systems, and proficiency in Python and SQL. This role does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience in Big Data systems architecture and data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and their data services.
• Hands-on experience setting up and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with orchestration tools, ideally Airflow.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard on the full Data Stack, both technically and from a business logic perspective.
• Take ownership of end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Continuously improve the data stack, monitoring infrastructure performance and optimizing costs.
• Design and optimize data models tailored to complex analytical and business requirements.
• Ensure data quality through cleansing, unit testing, and embedded DQA processes.
