Formación

• Strong SQL proficiency and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and analytics tooling.
• Experience building internal platforms consumed by other teams (analytics/BI).
• Familiarity with SDLC practices for analytics teams (Git workflows, CI/CD, testing).
• Ability to govern data and ensure trust in dashboards and datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve analytics platform end-to-end, Sigma as core tool.
• Define SDLC for analyst workflows across dbt and BigQuery.
• Build self-service analytics frameworks and guardrails.
• Ensure metrics consistency across warehouse, semantic models and BI layer.
• Support upskilling of the Data Analyst community and promote best practices.
