Una empresa tecnológica en ascenso busca un Ingeniero de Datos Senior para el equipo de Salud Digital. El rol implica desarrollar soluciones de datos innovadoras para mejorar la adherencia a la medicación y optimizar los resultados en salud. La posición requiere experiencia significativa en ingeniería de datos, especialmente con AWS y Databricks. Se requiere un buen nivel de inglés y habilidades para la colaboración. La empresa ofrece un contrato indefinido y un entorno de trabajo remoto desde España.

Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada como Ingeniero de Datos con comprensión de principios de arquitectura de datos.
  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo.
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia con servicios de AWS y almacenamiento en la nube.
  • Experiencia construyendo DWH y lagos de datos, diseñando procesos ELT / ETL.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo de sistemas de gestión de datos federados.
  • Diseñar y crear modelos de datos conceptuales, lógicos y físicos.
  • Colaborar con partes interesadas para entender requisitos de datos.
  • Implementar controles de seguridad de datos.
  • Documentar artefactos de arquitectura de datos.

As a Data Engineer on a Digital Healthcare Team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of data solutions serving consumer-centric and healthcare professional-focused digital tools aimed at enhancing medication adherence and achieving optimal health outcomes. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives while optimizing program performance and alignment with business objectives.

The Digital Healthcare Team seeks a skilled and driven Data Engneer to drive and support the development and launch of innovative digital care and life management programs targeting diabetes and other chronic conditions. We are building a comprehensive digital health platform that empowers patients with chronic conditions and their informal caregivers to manage health journeys more effectively together. Our platform combines multiple modular services into a seamless ecosystem that bridges the gap between clinical care and daily life management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with an understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies.
  • 6+ years of overall development experience.

  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
  • Experience building DWH and data lakes, designing ELT / ETL processes
  • Strong knowledge of Big Data, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
  • Understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into practical data architecture solutions.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • At least B2 level of English.
Will be a plus :
  • Experience with DataOps, data mesh etc.
  • Experience in developing data science, analytics, and AI / ML solutions with Databricks.
  • Clinical HealthCare experience in the US market
Responsibilities
  • Development of federated data management and federated learning systems to support the scalability of our digital health platform and to support patient ownership and control of healthcare data.
  • Design and create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Follow data standards, data governance policies, and data management processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the organization.
  • Implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Document data architecture artifacts, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand and analyze data requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and behavioral science teams to develop actionable insights and intelligent features within patient- and caregiver-facing digital tools. xcskxlj
  • Stay up to date with emerging data technologies and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's data architecture.
