ERNI is building a healthcare data platform that powers near real-time analytics. You will design and implement scalable data solutions using Databricks, PySpark, SQL and Azure technologies, transforming raw data into actionable dashboards and data products for business stakeholders.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with strong onboarding, mentorship and ongoing career development, while contributing to architecture decisions and governance in a greenfield environment.

Formación

• Strong experience building cloud-based data solutions, ideally on Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Spark/PySpark and SQL.
• Experience designing analytical data models and delivering business-facing data products.
• Strong experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and near real-time data processing.
• Ability to work across the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, modeling and visualization.

Responsabilidades

• You will be responsible for designing, developing and evolving end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion and transformation to analytics and visualization.
• You will also collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards, reporting solutions and data products that deliver real business value.
• Additionally, you will contribute to architecture decisions in a greenfield environment and promote best practices in data engineering, observability, governance and delivery.
