Jobgether in Spain seeks a D365 CE & Power Platform (Technical) Solution Architect to shape enterprise-grade customer engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure. You will lead end-to-end architecture, guide transformation programs, and collaborate with business and delivery teams.

You will design scalable architectures, influence technology decisions, and mentor engineers while aligning solutions with business value across international projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM environments.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 4 full-cycle international CRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong enterprise architecture, requirements analysis and solution design.
• Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments; strong pre-sales ability is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery, architecture design workshops, and define solution strategy and requirements.
• Design scalable enterprise architecture solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Define technology choices and architectural standards aligned with transformation roadmaps.
• Guide end-to-end CRM and customer engagement implementations.
• Provide architectural oversight during delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Analyze customer landscapes to validate architectural decisions and solution fit.
• Optimize processes through technology enablement and process redesign.
• Contribute to agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and translate them into scalable strategies.
• Develop internal best practices and architectural frameworks for delivery teams.
