Pangea Propulsion is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist in Barcelona to join our IT team. This first dedicated cybersecurity role will build and mature our security posture under ISO 27001 and NIS2, combining hands-on work with governance and risk management.

You will lead security operations, protect identities, and drive vulnerability management across Microsoft/cloud environments, collaborating with the IT Manager for a secure growth path.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of cybersecurity experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and understanding of NIS2.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security stack: Defender, Entra ID, Azure.
• Hands-on with EDR/XDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning; scripting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Structure and drive the cybersecurity roadmap, governance, and policies.
• Lead audits, third-party security reviews, and risk management activities.
• Run security operations: monitoring, incident response, post-incident reviews.
• Deploy and manage endpoint and email protection (EDR/XDR) solutions.
• Own identities and access security: MFA, Zero Trust, access reviews.
• Oversee vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening with cloud cooperation.
• Provide backup for critical network services (firewall, VPN).
• Advise IT Manager on risks, priorities and security investments.
