EY GDS Spain is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Threat Detection and Response (TDR) services for large engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will drive governance, supervise teams, and contribute to EY's standards while identifying opportunities for service expansion.

The role requires extensive TDR and cyber security experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex client relationships across engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor-level technical degree and strong technical skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• ~12+ years in management consulting or advisory roles.
• 8–10 years of project management delivering large-scale programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership of complex programs.
• Any two of CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Technical leadership in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related frameworks.
• Lead large-scale programs delivering strategic outcomes and client value.
• Define transition approaches for large outsourcing TDR deals.
• Draft SOWs, pricing, governance and client presentations.
• Drive business development and manage client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and foster learning culture.
