A leading telecommunications company is seeking a CX Researcher to join their Design & Customer Experience team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in quantitative and neuroscience research, a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, and strong mixed-method skills. Responsibilities include leading quantitative research, ensuring methodological excellence, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, supporting collaboration across diverse teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in quantitative and/or neuroscience research for digital products and services.
• Proven track record of influencing key business or product decisions in complex environments.
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.

• Ensure methodological excellence to maintain high research quality and confidence.
