A global tech training company is seeking a Freelance Creative Project Manager who will oversee creative production workflows and coordinate video projects. We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Project Manager to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization, a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple video and content projects while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creators.
Oversee the end-to-end creative production workflow from ideation to delivery.
Coordinate video production projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets across various channels (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok, social, Youtube).
Translate performance insights and campaign data into clear briefs for creative teams.
Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all content.
Adapt content formats for social media, using tools like CapCut and other video editing or AI content generation tools.
Maintain project trackers and dashboards (Asana, ClickUp, or Notion) for transparency and accountability.
Background or experience in design, multimedia, or audiovisual production.
Familiarity with content marketing, brand storytelling, or education/tech industries.
+5 years experience in creative and marketing project management.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (C1+).
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Based in LATAM, available to work some European business hours for weekly alignment calls scheduled in CET.
Basic knowledge of video editing, social media format adaptation, and new AI tools for content generation.
Comfortable managing remote creative teams and freelance talent.
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad formats and specs.
Proven ability to write direct-response ad copy (social media ads, scripts, hooks, and CTAs).
Capable of balancing creative quality and production speed.
Fully remote, with weekly alignment calls during (CET) hours.
