Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee and manage clinical trial activities in a sponsor-dedicated model. You will ensure data integrity, participant safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and providing site staff training.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine with extensive CRA experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Extensive CRA experience with regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% (international and domestic).
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues, and support successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff to maintain high standards of trial conduct.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations.
