MindMatch busca un Consultor Senior para SCCM/Endpoint en Alcobendas, dentro de la Comunidad de Madrid, España. El rol implica diseñar y mantener soluciones OSD, gestionar imágenes, drivers y automatización con PowerShell para despliegues de Windows 10 y Windows 11 a nivel empresarial.

Se trabajará de forma colaborativa con equipos de Infraestructura, Seguridad y Networking, apoyando incidents críticos de despliegue y participando en migraciones MDT/SCCM para un cliente líder en el sector

Formación

• Conocimientos avanzados en Microsoft SCCM / MECM y OSD para despliegues de Windows a nivel empresarial.
• Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de imágenes de referencia y WinPE para entornos corporativos.
• Capacidad para crear y gestionar secuencias de tareas y automatización con PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones OSD con SCCM/MECM.
• Gestionar secuencias de tareas para despliegues, refreshes y migraciones.
• Construir y mantener imágenes WinPE y de referencia empresariales de Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions.
• Create and manage SCCM Task Sequences for new deployments, refreshes, and migration projects.
• Build and maintain WinPE Boot Images and enterprise Windows reference images.
• Package, deploy, and manage hardware drivers for HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices.
• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployment and imaging activities.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise deployment projects.
• Configure and maintain Distribution Points, Boundary Groups, and Content Management.
• Troubleshoot complex imaging, deployment, driver, and application installation issues.
• Analyse deployment logs including SMSTS.log, DISM logs, and Windows setup logs.
• Support MDT to SCCM migration initiatives.
• Perform BIOS configuration and firmware deployment for enterprise devices.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Workplace Services teams.
• Provide Level 3 support for critical endpoint deployment incidents.
