Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a COBOL Developer to join a hybrid team in Madrid. The role focuses on maintaining a critical Corporate Actions platform, developing in COBOL/DB2, and enhancing integrations with MQ and scripting tools.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on COBOL and DB2 development experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English; full professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Hybrid work arrangement (40% remote / 60% on-site) in Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support and maintenance for a critical Corporate Actions platform.
• Perform solution analysis and contribute to the design and implementation of application enhancements.
• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and DB2.
• Execute integration testing to validate system changes and ensure successful deployments.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain automation and integration components using Shell Scripting, Python, and MQ.
