Strada is seeking a Senior Integration Consultant to design, implement, and optimize complex integrations across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems. You will leverage Boomi and SAP CPI (SCPI), lead architecture decisions, and guide stakeholders in defining scalable, secure solutions.

You will drive workshops, own delivery planning, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, and third-party ecosystems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in Boomi and/or SAP CPI (SCPI).
• Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and middleware patterns.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations.
• Knowledge of Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience leading integration workstreams or projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of integration solutions (Boomi, SCPI, APIs, middleware)
• Act as technical authority for integration architecture and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Drive workshops with clients to define integration strategies and architectures
• Own estimations, solution design, and delivery planning
• Manage complex integrations across multiple systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, third‑party)
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations
• Oversee deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents and escalations
• Mentor and support junior consultants and developers
• Govern documentation standards and ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (AMS, Project, Functional, Security)
