Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for AWS Professional Services to lead delivery of complex cloud projects across client teams. You will blend business needs with technical outcomes, guide cross-functional discussions, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services, architectures and best practices.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
