Evinova seeks a Data Foundation Engineering Lead to guide a platform-wide data foundation transformation. You will design and optimize cloud-based data lakehouse infrastructure, mentor engineers, and drive automation for reliable data products, science, and agents. You will work hands-on, collaborate across teams, and shape governance, security, and scalable data pipelines in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Engineering roles, with SaaS and multi-tenant data platforms.
• Proven mentoring experience in data platform projects.
• Strong AWS data services knowledge and security governance experience.
• Hands-on with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and real-time processing.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based data lakehouse infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers; provide technical leadership on tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with product management and security to align data foundation strategies.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for data processing and governance processes.
