The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills, with frequent travel to sites and collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical operations or CTMs.
• Equivalency combining education and experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinical operations and quality aspects of studies per ICH GCP.
• Develop and implement clinical monitoring tools and guidelines.
• Lead team meetings, coordinate start-up, and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and budget to meet contractual obligations.
• Support client meetings and communications with cross-functional teams.
