Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior Change Manager with CRM experience to lead Organizational Change Management in complex transformation programs, focusing on user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness for CRM initiatives.

You will define OCM strategy, design end-to-end communications, assess impacts across processes and roles, and partner with CRM leads, IT and business stakeholders to ensure value realization.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management, including large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting CRM implementations or rollouts (Salesforce, Veeva, Dynamics or other CRM platforms).
• Strong experience in senior/executive stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences.
• Driving user adoption, training strategies, and organizational readiness expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital communication tools (e.g., video editing) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager with CRM experience to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities in complex transformation programs. This role focuses on driving user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness for CRM implementations and enhancements across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• OCM Strategy: Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with project objectives and executive stakeholders, with a strong focus on CRM transformation initiatives.
• Change Management & Communication: Design and oversee end-to-end change and communication strategies to support CRM adoption, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Change Impact Assessment: Lead the assessment and mitigation of impacts related to CRM-driven changes in business processes, systems, data, job roles, and organizational structures.
• Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage senior stakeholders, including leadership and business owners, ensuring alignment, engagement, and sustained adoption throughout the CRM lifecycle.
• User Adoption & Training: Define and drive adoption strategies, including training frameworks, enablement materials, and support models tailored to CRM platforms and business needs.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs related to change, adoption, and readiness; provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM functional leads, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management, including significant exposure to large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting CRM implementations or rollouts (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms).
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong expertise in driving user adoption, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital communication tools or content creation (e.g., video editing) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required
