JD España in Barcelona is seeking a commercially driven Buyer who will own category growth by spotting market trends and negotiating with global brands. You will translate weekly trade insights into sales actions and present ranges to the senior leadership team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics, at least 3 years in buying, advanced Excel, and strong knowledge of sports fashion trends across price points.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar buying role.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High level of English (C1).
• Extensive knowledge of the product market and branded goods.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Buying function across relevant fascia and category.
• Lead product selection and editing in collaboration with teams.
• Participate in launches and trade shows throughout the year.
• Analyze weekly sales with merchandising and propose actions.
• Negotiate trading terms and distribution agreements with brands.
• Manage budgets and OTB for in-season and forward budgets.
• Present ranges for sign-off to senior leadership.
• Prepare and present performance in trade meetings.
• Drive sales initiatives within the department.
