DATA4 is seeking a Senior Buyer – Capex Construction to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management for data center construction across Europe. You will drive timely, cost-effective procurement aligned with project goals and the group’s environmental aims.

Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will negotiate contracts, onboard suppliers, and manage supplier performance while ensuring CSR and ethical practices across the supply chain.

Formación

• Degree and procurement experience with construction familiarity.
• Delivery of cost and capex savings to targets.
• Experience with international tenders and complex contracts.
• Knowledge of owner-furnished, contractor-installed approaches is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction markets and equipment procurement.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement procurement strategies for civil, construction, equipment, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across Europe.
• Lead RFx processes and negotiate advantageous contracts with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and report procurement performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and governance; drive risk mitigation.
