World Courier, part of Cencora, is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst III to work across Global Data and Technology Solutions. The role focuses on translating business needs into structured, evidence-based requirements and designing user-centered solutions for global logistics operations.

You will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams, employing AI-assisted analysis and modern design thinking to drive faster, higher-quality delivery.

Formación

• Proficient in eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Experience with agile delivery and product-oriented teams.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and design user-centered solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Frame problems and convert them into decision-ready understanding.
• Engage with stakeholders, product, and engineering to align objectives.
• Lead structured requirements gathering using workshops and AI-assisted methods.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate concepts.
• Support backlog creation and prioritization in agile delivery.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working.
