Lenovo is seeking a Business Development Manager – Sports Partnerships to lead strategic sales and partnership initiatives in the global sports industry. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing complex deals, and building long-term relationships with sports organizations, while collaborating internally to deliver innovative, tech-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the sports sector.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Analyze competitive landscape to inform pricing and sales strategies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Create customized, data-driven partnership proposals aligned with Lenovo’s portfolio and client needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at sports properties, agencies, and stadium developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and proposal delivery.
  • Track pipeline progress and performance using CRM tools; report regularly on sales metrics and market insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Sports Management, or related field.
