We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the fintech and IT outsourcing industry to drive global growth initiatives. This is a mission‑critical role responsible for closing complex software outsourcing and outstaffing deals, building strong relationships with international clients, and scaling high‑value fintech projects across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Deal Owner, leading all strategic and tactical steps across the sales funnel
- Develop a deep understanding fintech solutions (custom software, productized modules, licensing)
- Drive new revenue by closing outsourcing, licensing, and outstaffing contracts globally
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery to contract signing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Represent the company at international events, conferences, and client meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑level stakeholders across fintech, payments, and banking sectors
- Prepare tailored proposals and value‑driven presentations for target clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Report to management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT outsourcing, software services, or fintech
- Proven record of closing high‑value, multi‑stakeholder deals
- Solid understanding of digital banking, payment systems, wallets, and open banking
- Knowledge of regulated fintech models (PI, EMI, PSP, VASP, MSB, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional pre‑sales activities
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
- Fluent English (C1–C2); experience in English‑speaking markets preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
