A leading cryptocurrency exchange in Spain seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to take full ownership of market expansion in their region. You will lead the growth strategy, manage a local BD team, and ensure success through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in crypto BD and a strong network among local KOLs and communities.

Formación

  • Over 3 years in crypto exchange BD, growth, or affiliate management.
  • Proven record of leading market expansion or regional user growth.
  • Fluent in local language preferred.

Senior Business Development Manager / Business Development Lead

Overview: As the Sr. BD manager or Business Development Lead for Europe, you will take full ownership of market expansion in your region. You will manage a local BD team if needed, set performance goals, lead strategic partnerships, and execute regional growth plans. This role requires deep knowledge of crypto user growth strategies, affiliate systems, trading communities, and regional KOL networks.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute Toobit’s regional growth strategy for spot, futures, and copy trading products.
  • Recruit, manage, and coach a team of Senior BDs and BD Specialists if needed.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential agents, affiliates, KOLs, and institutional partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance to align growth initiatives with platform goals.
  • Track regional performance metrics and optimize based on ROI.
  • Represent Toobit at industry events and regional meetups.
Requirements
  • Over 3 years in crypto exchange BD, growth, or affiliate management.
  • Proven record of leading market expansion or regional user growth.
  • Strong network among local KOLs, communities, and agencies.
  • Experience managing commission-based partners and setting KPI systems.
  • Fluent in local language (preferred).
