A leading technology company is seeking a Business Development professional to grow their Digital Signage business in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing channel strategies. Candidates should have a university degree, at least 6 years of relevant B2B experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. The position requires frequent travel and participation in industry events.

Formación

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles within Digital Signage, AV, or IT.
  • Deep understanding of the integrator, distributor, and manufacturer ecosystem in Spain and Portugal.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and capture new opportunities in sectors such as retail, education, transportation.
  • Build strong relationships with integrators, distributors, VARs, and end customers.
  • Design and implement channel strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration.
  • Monitor trends and customer needs to adapt offerings.
  • Support technical and commercial training sessions for partners.
  • Participate in trade shows and act as a TCL ambassador.

Develop the Digital Signage business in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, driving TCL’s growth in the B2B segment through opportunity identification, key account management, channel development, and execution of commercial strategies.

Main Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and capture new opportunities in sectors such as retail, education, transportation, hospitality, and corporate.

Key Account Management

Build strong relationships with integrators, distributors, VARs, and end customers.

Channel Strategy

Design and implement channel strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration.

Market Analysis

Monitor trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt TCL’s offering.

Training and Support

Support technical and commercial training sessions for partners and clients.

Brand Representation

Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations as a TCL ambassador in the B2B segment.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles within Digital Signage, AV, or IT.

Deep understanding of the integrator, distributor, and manufacturer ecosystem in Spain and Portugal.

Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with display manufacturers, LED solutions, or content management software.

Active network in the AV and Digital Signage sector.

Ability to work in multicultural and dynamic environments.
