Warman O'Brien in Spain is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to provide statistical leadership across global clinical trials from a fully home-based role. You will lead studies, guide regulatory submissions and collaborate with pharma and biotech clients to deliver high-quality development programmes.

The position requires a PhD or MSc in Biostatistics with 7–9+ years of experience in Phase I–IV trials, and excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior statisticians and work

Formación

• PhD or MSc in Biostatistics or a related field.
• 7+ years (PhD) or 9+ years (MSc) experience in clinical biostatistics.
• Extensive experience supporting Phase I–IV trials in pharma or CRO.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead biostatistics activities across studies and regulatory submissions.
• Provide statistical leadership throughout development lifecycle.
• Review SAPs, protocols, CSRs and other statistical deliverables.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior statisticians and promote best practices.
