Alstom seeks a Bid Technical Manager to lead engineering for onboard signalling tenders. You will coordinate teams, refine requirements, and define technical solutions in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive risk assessment, establish commitments for quality, cost and schedule, and prepare tender documentation to support competitive bids across mobility projects.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• 3-5 years of experience in signalling projects.
• Project management experience or strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Rail industry experience is highly valued.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• French language skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the engineering team assigned to onboard signalling tenders.
• Analyse customer requirements, identify gaps versus reference products, and define optimal technical solutions.
• Manage technical interfaces with customers and conduct technical clarification meetings.
• Assess technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are aligned with engineering teams and platforms.
• Establish engineering commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, planning, and risk management.
• Prepare and validate technical documentation and engineering assumptions for tender submissions.
