Titan OS, a Barcelona-based technology company, seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering our leading applications. You will ensure security, reliability, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of backend experience, strong Ruby on Rails skills, and expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and containerization.

Formación

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data architectures.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong RESTful API design and third-party integrations.
• Focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs.
• Building and maintaining databases with secure, efficient access.
• Collaborating with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to define and implement features.
• Optimising performance and reliability of server-side code.
• Ensuring backend security through best practices and protocols.
• Writing clean, well-documented code adhering to standards.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems for high availability.
• Participating in code reviews and process improvements.
