Capitole is growing and we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a long-term international project for a leading client in the automotive sector. The position has a strong Backend Engineering focus, working mainly with Python and Django, while contributing to data processing and data-driven services on an Azure-based cloud platform.

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data-driven components, working with MongoDB, and processing data with pandas/NumPy.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in software/backend engineering.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Solid experience with Django.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Develop and integrate APIs and data-driven backend components.
• Work with MongoDB and data processing with Pandas/NumPy.
• Contribute to scalable and maintainable cloud-based solutions.
• Participate in Git-based development workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
