Ormco seeks a Senior Backend Software Developer to join a regional/global team supporting the Spark Aligners software. You will develop backend services for a cloud-hosted web portal used by doctors to submit and track orders, contributing to features from design to deployment.

You will work in an agile environment with product managers, refining features and planning releases and sprints, while coordinating with the support team to troubleshoot user issues.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience using Java and Spring tech stack.
• Experience with Java Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) ORM (Hibernate, JPA) and API design (REST)
• Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) and Testcontainers
• Build systems (Maven, Jenkins/Bamboo preferred) and CI/CD tooling
• RDBMS experience (MySQL preferred; PostgreSQL/Oracle/MSSQL acceptable)
• Cloud and containerisation (AWS) experience preferred
• Docker knowledge; Python is a plus
• English level: B1 or higher

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement new features for a cloud-hosted web portal used to manage Spark Aligners.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with product managers to refine features and plan upcoming sprints.
• Develop and maintain backend services in a distributed environment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot issues with the support team and provide timely resolutions.
