Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You will join a small, high-impact team building event-driven microservices powering enterprise-grade AI products.

You will work with Go or Python, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes, and you'll integrate LLMs with CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions. This remote-friendly role spans Spain/Europe with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the backend systems behind our automation platform.
• Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka.
• Contribute to a microservices environment.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines.
• Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
