Your role at Yuki

As a Team Lead, you will help drive the success of the team and ensure their optimal performance. Your main responsibility is to create a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will build strong relationships, encourage open communication and foster a culture of trust and mutual respect.

You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track. In addition, you will stay hands‑on with coding tasks, using your technical expertise to guide, support and inspire the team. You will also facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team continuously improve their ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Facilitation – assist developers in enhancing their skills, connect them with helpful contacts, monitor obstacles and facilitate their removal, frequently give and solicit feedback, and set personal goals.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work with teams across various functions to define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Agile Leadership – guide the team in adopting agile practices, lead agile ceremonies and boost overall efficiency.
• Technical Engagement – actively engage with coding tasks, leverage your technical expertise to contribute to projects and support your team, while also taking the lead on initiatives.

What Are We Looking For

• A solid background in Software Development (backend) with expertise in C#/.NET.
• Strong knowledge of Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), CI/CD and related technologies.
• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a big plus.
