Rechat Inc is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to architect and maintain core services powering our CRM and Marketing platforms. You will design scalable data models and write high-performance SQL queries, ensuring robust testing and smooth API evolution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, driving long-term maintainability and growth while staying ahead of industry trends. This is a fully remote role with flexible work-life balance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience building and testing scalable backend services is required.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and maintain core services supporting our CRM and Marketing platforms.
• Build advanced, scalable data models tailored to the evolving needs of the real estate industry.
• Write efficient, high-performance SQL queries and optimize database operations.
• Develop high-quality features with robust unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to understand real-world agent workflows and improve user experience.
• Influence architectural decisions to support long-term maintainability and growth.
• Partner with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to build cohesive, elegant solutions.
• Stay on top of industry trends and contribute ideas for new features and backend improvements.
• Lead projects when needed and help us continuously level up our engineering culture.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Deep experience with JavaScript and Node.js
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL performance tuning
• A solid background in designing, building, and testing scalable backend services
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Creativity in solving complex technical challenges

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; five to seven years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
