Miratech is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise AWS-based contact center solutions. The role focuses on scalable APIs, DynamoDB data models, Python Lambdas, and Terraform-based infrastructure, in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and Amazon Professional Services.

You will design and optimize APIs and data flows, work on Connect routing, and support event-driven architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and API

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• 4+ years with Amazon Connect including contact flows and routing.
• Strong Python skills and AWS Lambda development.
• Experience with DynamoDB schema design and performance optimization.
• Designing RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using AWS services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Design DynamoDB schemas, indexes, and access patterns for scalable apps.
• Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions for business logic.
• Modify and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic.
• Collaborate with UI teams to translate requirements into backend services.
• Work with Amazon Professional Services on Connect implementations and enhancements.
• Design and support event-driven architectures with Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway.
• Ensure secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across AWS environments and support production deployments.
