Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Avionics / Electronic Systems (Development Phase) to lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-national projects in aeronautics and defense. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and risk, ensuring alignment with customer expectations in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management experience, including leadership of complex technical projects.
• Experience in aeronautics, defense or highly regulated industries.
• Proven success managing international, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in supplier management and production follow-up.
• Solid understanding of electronic systems development: Hardware and/or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle milestones (PDR, CRD, TRR, QR).
• Experience managing projects with high technical complexity and capacity constraints.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• French is a strong plus for interaction with local teams, suppliers and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of complex, multi-national projects in aeronautics/defense during the development phase.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost and risk in line with customer expectations.
• Internal project governance and gate processes.
• Drive coordination across Engineering (hardware, firmware, software).
• Coordinate Industrial / manufacturing activities.
• Oversee Supply chain responsibilities.
• Engage External partners and suppliers.
• Ensure follow-up with all stakeholders on performance, deliverables and compliance under resource constraints.
