Aristocrat is seeking a marketing professional in Barcelona to lead campaigns, engage players, and drive retention. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies, monitor results, and adapt based on data insights.

You will conduct market research, build relationships with partners, and craft promotional content that resonates with our audience while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• More than 1 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in the gaming sector.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret intricate data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and collaborators.
• Experience with prioritisation for effective workload management.
• Knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies.
• Creative approach with the ability to develop outstanding marketing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
