Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to place senior art directors for training their language model on professional presentations and slide decks.

We seek senior ADs with 6+ years of agency or in-house studio experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across workflows such as creative presentations, concept boards, campaign narratives, design rationale, and visual storytelling for clients and executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an art director at a recognized agency or in-house studio
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Craft and polish creative decks, concept boards, and campaign narratives for clients and executives.
• Ensure visual storytelling and design rationale are compelling and clear for senior audiences.
