Altorecruit seeks an Area Sales Manager to develop business across Northern Spain, managing strategic accounts and winning new opportunities in plastics machinery and automation sectors. You will drive commercial strategy, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with engineering and after-sales teams on projects from quotation to installation.

Formación

• Experience in technical B2B sales within industrial manufacturing.
• Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy across the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with plastic processors, OEMs and industrial manufacturers.
• Provide technical and commercial advice on injection moulding machinery, automation and complete production solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Coordinate projects alongside engineering, applications and after-sales service teams.
• Follow projects from initial customer discussions through to installation and commissioning.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events and industry conferences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
